相場が上げ基調の場合、上げるための材料が出そうな噂を聞いたときに買って、その材料が事実として確定したときに売るといいよというものですね。何を「噂」と認識して、何を「事実」と認識するのかということは、とても難しい問題ですね。
逆に、相場が下げ基調の場合に、この格言を適応するためには、「噂で売って事実で買う」と書き換えないといけませね。
この1週間くらいの事例に当てはめてみようとすると、相場の対象を、ユーロ、ヨーロッパの国の国債、代表的な株式指数などにするのが自然ですね。残念ですが「噂で売って事実で買う」という下げ基調の場合を適用することになるのでしょうか。1つのアイデアとしては、「噂」は「格付けが下げられるかもしれないという情報」で、「事実」は「格付けが下げられたという情報」とすることですね。
また、今週は、NYのマーケットが月曜日にお休みというのも材料の1つでしょうか。予断を許さないですね。
A giant panda cub born to great fanfare at the National Zoo in Washington last week has died, the zoo said on Sunday.
The cause of death was not immediately known.
“Panda keepers and volunteers heard a distress vocalization from the mother, Mei Xiang, at 9:17 a.m. and notified the veterinarian staff immediately,” the zoo said in a statement. “Veterinarians immediately performed CPR and other lifesaving measures but the cub did not respond.”
